Discovery & Insight
Every project begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand your goals, lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and how you want your home to feel day-to-day. From this, we define the vision and scope, ensuring clarity from the start.
Concept & Design Development
We translate your needs into a fully realized design plan. This includes space planning, finishes, furnishings, custom millwork, and lighting - everything considered and cohesive. We present curated options so you can make confident decisions without being burdened by endless choice.
Project Coordination & Oversight
With approvals in place, we take full responsibility for bringing your design to life. We coordinate trades, place and track orders, manage timelines, and resolve issues before they ever reach you. You’ll be kept informed with regular updates - not surprises.
Installation & Final Styling
On installation day, every piece is placed with intention. We handle the final styling, ensure all elements meet our standards, and walk through the completed space with you. The result is a home that feels natural, cohesive, and entirely yours - without the stress of managing how it came together.

We’ve gathered thoughtful answers to the most common questions clients ask when considering a full-service design experience.

Retailers’ design consultants are a great resource to use and we work quite closely with many of them as they have in-depth knowledge of the items they carry. That being said, they are limited to items found in their own showrooms, which can leave your space feeling one-dimensional. We curate from multiple retailers, artists, and other resources to add depth and meaning to your space.

A Concierge is often described as a Caretaker. That’s how strongly we feel about our role and responsibility in your project - the level of service and attention to detail that we bring. We go beyond transforming your vision into reality. We design a space you didn’t know you needed! Everything is taken care of so you can keep your focus on your life.

Our pricing structure is very transparent and will be discussed during our Private Consultation but here is a general run down.
There is an Engagement Fee of $500 +HST for the Initial Visit, which ensures our respective commitment to the project prior to moving forward. If you chose to move forward with the project, you will see this amount credited towards your Design Fees.
Design Fees are bundled into a flat fee, determined by the anticipated hours involved in designing, sourcing, and purchasing for the project.
Installation and/or Project Management Fees are bundled into a flat fee, in a similar fashion as the Design Fees. These are determined by anticipated hours for smaller decor-only projects or as a percentage of the build-contract for renovation projects.
Our hourly rate is $180/hr +HST.
When looking at budgets, it is best if you determine the level of investment you can make. After that, we will discuss with you various options for scope and purchases that align within that budget.

The earlier, the better! Whether looking at furnishings or a full home build, getting us involved early will not only ensure a cohesive design, it will also save you time and money.

We actually encourage incorporating items you already own and that hold special meaning in your life. A previous investment piece can be used as an inspiration jump-off point or a family heirloom can be refinished in order to incorporate it into the colour scheme.

We strive to ensure the highest standards throughout all aspects of our projects, therefore we work only with our network of trusted contractors and builders. Contracts for these services are handled through us, as Project Manager in our turn-key design solution.
